RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges on all qualified items if done within 14 days of receipt of your purchased items. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original TUXIE LXUIE tag attached and the original packaging included.

Please note: Items that have been purchased as part of a clearance sale and/or that have been marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS
Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, TUXIE LUXIE will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have questions, please email boop@tuxieluxie.com.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. We will ship out your new/exchanged item at no shipping charge to you.
