A Color in Between Seasons

There’s a point in August when summer is still very much here, but fall starts slipping into the picture.

Not in sweaters or fallen leaves just yet. The warm air is still here.

In color.

We are obsessed with mustard.

Once you notice a color, it seems to follow you.

And eventually, it followed us back to TUXIE LUXIE.

Mustard feels just right for this in-between moment. It still has the brightness of summer, but there’s something warmer and earthier underneath. It belongs with sunshine, but you can already imagine it against denim, cream, olive and the first cool days of fall.

Golden Hour Hoodie came from that same feeling.

Warm and golden on the outside. Mint tucked inside the hood. Little golden hearts where only the curious might find them. Soft cream at the edges.

A few details for the season ahead, without rushing the one we’re still in.

Because summer isn’t over.

But fall is beginning to show itself.

Sometimes all it takes is a color.
